Sugoi Smartphone

Googugu is this intriguing new app that can dig up all sorts of information, even the stuff that’s usually kept under wraps, like secret government files and personal diaries. But here’s the catch: it only works on a special gadget called a "super smartphone." Enter Kyuu "Q" Sagurada, a first-year high school student who just happens to have one of these super smartphones. Although he’s super smart, Q prefers to coast through school, treating tests like games, which drives his childhood friend Yuika Noumaru a bit crazy. His laid-back attitude is rooted in a traumatic event from seven years ago when his younger brother, Shuu, vanished without a trace, and the police never figured out what happened. When Q discovers that his new smartphone might help him solve his brother's mystery, he jumps at the chance. However, he quickly finds that the information he needs is locked away. To unlock it, he has to earn "Googugu Points" by using the app more. As he dives deeper, he starts to realize he’s not the only one with a super smartphone, and some of these other users might be pulling strings behind the scenes, altering reality as he knows it.
